Forests account for 75% of the gross primary productivity of the Earth's biosphere, and contain 80% of the Earth's plant biomass. Forests provide a diversity of ecosystem services including recycling carbon dioxide into oxygen, acting as a carbon sink, aiding in regulating climate, purify water, mitigating natural hazards such as floods, and serving as a genetic reserve. Mumbai is one of the few cities in the world to boast of a National Park rich in biodiversity within city limits. Called as the "Green Lung of Mumbai", it's our duty to protect this quickly depleting natural wealth.

Hope this stream entices you to step in and let its flowing water gently caress your feet as you drift away in the melody of the birds in the forest!
